Hand Throttle

John Landry gave me most of the details on this conversion, but it still took some hunting around, and perplexing of the great local NAPA guys, but in the end.. it's all so darn simple!

Onboard Air

Well, after listening to the wonders of on-board air, and realizing I
don't have an air compressor in my garage (and that in the near future,
it won't be MY garage anymore, since I'll be moving out.. and I wouldn't
want to leave a compressor behind for *mom* to use!)..

Tigger on the Pontiac

We had just finished towing the '83 Pontiac 2000 out of the yard and into the alley to make room for the Parts '72 Scout II. The Pontiac is headed to the junkyard anyhow.. worn cam lobes, shot rack and pinion, and typical Pennsylvania rust.. I always wanted to drive over it..

So I drove to the front of the car, locked the hubs, 4-low, and then bent my front bumper a little bit as the driver's front tire clawed its way up and onto the car. The car really hunkered down when I got on top of it. I'll do this again with the anti-sway bar disconnected.. I could go several inches farther, I'm sure.
