Made some progress on the new 392.
I got a bunch of parts back from the machine shop last week.
My reconditioned and balanced con-rods (after I polished) are now fitted with pistons, and the crank, rods, pistons, flywheel, etc. are all balanced.
For reference, my "Reciprocating Weight" is 1279grams, Rotating Weight 1503grams, Bob Weight 2782 grams.
Piston (hypereutectic teflon coated skirt H996CP60) is 967g
Rings are 70g
Rod (small end) 242g. Big end 689g.
Still need to test-assemble and measure the deck height and then have it decked, plus start in on those heads!
