Being at the front of the line is cool. Especially when the
line stretches back quite a ways and the movie doesn't open for
another hour or so!

Imagine 80,000 people in a football stadium, lots of killer
bands like Lit, Blink 182, Orgy, Silverchair, The Mighty
Mighty Bosstones,
Jimmie's Chicken Shack, Sugar Ray, Live, The Goo Goo Dolls,
The Offspring and the Red Hot Chili Peppers all in one day.
Then throw in 100 degree heat and lots of other festivities
and bands outside too and you're starting to get the idea.
Definitely the best concert I've ever been to. Even though
I got a skull contusion in the mosh pit during the Offspring
set and had a headache and trouble sleeping for 3 days!

Only a "few" people saw Lit and Blink 182 play early in the
day. By the evening the stadium was packed tight with 80,000
people!!!
