I've posted a "map" / layout of my shop air setup before, but I finally took pictures of the attic side of the installation, since I'm about to have the attic filled with insulation.

Here you see one supply line of the full-circle loop sloping down to the south end of the shop, where a big upright air tank is. This is the main system drain.
Here's the north end, where the feed (from the right, from the compressors) gets split to run down both the east and west sides.
I doubled the trusses up in two spots with 2x6s and some extra uprights. I then installed U-bolts through the ceiling for lift-points.
Here's a tap into one of the long N/S runs. Notice the taps always go UP first, before going where they need to go (down for one, and to the wall for the other). That is to help trap moisture in the main line, and not in a spur.
Here you're standing south, looking north, at the west branch sloping up and away.
